Destilerías y Distribuciones Líber was established in 2001 in Padul, Granada. The location was chosen for the sole purpose of the quality of water on its doorstep.
Purity guaranteed, Liber is proud to distil all products with ice and spring water from the highest peaks of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Like D&B, Liber was founded by entrepreneurial individuals with a collective vision. Originally, seven creatives came together to distil a beautiful single malt whiskey. The process
Indulge in the unique craft behind our signature infusion. Fresh avocados are carefully peeled and paired with hand-chopped sugar cane, then immersed together in a delicate solution that allows their natural characters to mingle and evolve. The result is a beautifully balanced blend—aromatic, subtly sweet, with creamy, nutty undertones that create a truly captivating sensory experience. The team finishes each batch of gin with this exceptional infusion, delivering a smooth, refined spirit unlike any other.
Labelling journey
2025 marks the second revision of the Davison & Brogan label, developed after a full two years of sales and extensive positive feedback from customers and trade partners. We have refined the design to more clearly reflect our key ingredient, the avocado, while staying true to the brand’s identity and trademarked logo. We hope you enjoy the finished result.
